Our Tis the Season to Give-a-Thon Continues

As many of you are aware, on December 1, 2012, Red

Door kicked of its first Tis the Season to Give-a-Thon.

This initiative will run from December 1 through

December 31 and is designed to raise awareness and

funding for our efforts to create a safe haven for children

with unique abilities and needs.

Donations received will be used dollar per dollar to

provide FREE tuition for a special needs child, to expand

our programs for children diagnosed with ADHD,

autism, down syndrome, cebral palsy, PTSD, dyslexia,

and other conditions.  In addition, your gifts will enable

us to hire and retain teachers and staff trained and

certified in special education.

Thank you to everyone who has made a gift to our

give-a-thon.  Every contribution, regardless of the amount

is making a huge difference in our work and in the lives of the children it  benefits.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We encourage you to get your tax deductible gift in by the December 31 deadline.  If you are unable to make a monetary donation, we are more than happy to except gift-in-kind donations.  We were truly touched when Nimrod Studios, a Houston based design company, donated a teddy bear for each child at our annual Christmas Party as well as materials for face painting activities.  In addition, we cannot thank Ms. Dawniel Winningham enough for listing Red Door Learning Montessori as on of the recipient organization of the 2013 Toy Drive.

We are truly thankful for your giving spirit!  If you are unable to make a donation, we ask that you spread the word about our organization and our give-a-thon.  Be sure to follow Red Door on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.  The more interaction we can have with the public the more awareness we can raise about our mission!

From the Red Door family to your family, may you have a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
